Dunsborough Primary School will receive its official accreditation as a “Waterwise” school during next Friday’s regular Assembly on December 5 starting at 9.00am. To receive this accreditation our school has had to meet several stringent criteria including being able to demonstrate that every class in the school from K – 7 has completed a “waterwise” teaching and learning program this year. Achieving this accreditation was one of the major strategies the staff set them to achieve this year as part of our 2009 school plan to support “Environmental Responsibility. May I take this opportunity to sincerely thank and congratulate all the staff, in particular our School Waterwise Coordinator, Mrs Helen Spencer-Wright, our parents and our enthusiastic students for the great effort that has been put in to help us achieve this goal. All parents are cordially invited to come along to this Assembly next week and help our school celebrate its success!!
